My hero academy reddit11/14/2022 ![]() However, an encounter with a villain in the past has left him with an injury that severely limits his ability to use his power and he fears his time as a hero is coming to an end. Despite this, All Might has been keeping a secret from the public: his Quirk isn't natural and is actually passed down from his predecessor. #MY HERO ACADEMY REDDIT SERIES#As the series opens, one such hero is All Might, a " Symbol of Peace" to many and The Dreaded to criminals for his ability to stop crimes regardless of magnitude. However, there are those who would not follow these rules and seek to bring chaos back among the masses in an attempt to re-create the days of the first few Quirks, necessitating the heroes to stop them. With that society begins to regain normalcy only now with most having to show restraint in using their Quirks. #MY HERO ACADEMY REDDIT REGISTRATION#The vigilantes were formalized as pro heroes with the "Rhode Island New State Statute" Super Registration Act and Hero Academies were established to train the next generations to become officially licensed heroes. In response, those who sought to use their Quirk for good became Vigilantes to combat them. With the majority of the population now possessing some kind of Quirk, society began to crumble under the onslaught of crime committed by those who abused their newfound powers. You could indeed also go the warlock route, if you play up the "tried the shortcut to glory" route. My Hero Academia (僕のヒーロー・アカデミア Boku no Hero Academia) is a Superhero franchise set in world where 80% of humankind started manifesting superpowers known as "Quirks". For example, bards would work perfectly, but also certain rogue or ranger subclasses. I can see this work well with several classes that don't have a built in talent or speciality. If you can find joy in that, I think this is absolutely worth a try. I mention this last part specifically because the risk of such a character is that you will not be in any spotlights, so you as a player will need to find ways to have fun setting others up to be in that spotlight. This means they are fun to play, even though you play a seemingly non-hero. Your character will seem not be be good at anything specific, but still useful in many situations despite their "mundaneness". Specifically designing characters without a focus (non-optimised) that have a broad spectrum of abilities would suit this purpose. There are a couple of build directions that could suit this purpose. I think this is a fun and workable idea, so here some ideas and some caveats I see. So he's never been physically itimidating, or super charismatic, and has always wanted to be a hero despite never feeling like he ever could be.but now is his chance, and he's figuring it out as he goes! The whole 'wannabe hero' thing would stem from the fact that artificers, especially Battlesmith, are pretty SAD with intelligence. I'm picturing him standing there in some oversized robotic armor, voice cracking as he tries to sound intimidating, fiddling with some stupid button on his gauntlet until finally some energy beam wildly shoots out of it. You could be some skinny nerdy teen with robotic tools and gear that you are just getting the hang of using, like a young Peter Parker. Perhaps they musteriously dissapeared and you accidentally stumbled upon their robotic companion who accompanies you on your quest to find them. Your could find your parents 'gear' hidden away in the attic covered in dust and cobwebs, and you use that to adventure and to tinker with as you discover what it can do. ![]()
